  • Planning, designing and managing the infrastructure for the existing branches and the ones to come.
  • Working with school leadership to identify IT needs and build strategies to meet them; writing the IT policies and the department's documentation.
  • Network security across the estate — Fortinet (60F, 100D, 110C, 60C, FortiAnalyzer 100C), Sophos and Sophos XG.
  • Domain controller with Active Directory, SQL and DHCP; a main VPS domain linking all six Smart City and El Waha branches.
  • Established two Smart City branches (Hurghada and Assiut) — infrastructure, technology plan and documentation.
  • Co-ordinating with the AdvancED and MEWA teams on the technology plan and MAP testing.
